    Normalcy has Come to Fore, Education Looks Brighter for Students Abroad   The COVID-19 pandemic left a lasting impression on all industries. On the other hand, the tremor effects on the education sector are still being felt. Although online education opened up new avenues, the international education industry faced a significant backlash due to travel restrictions imposed to stop the spread of the virus.    The massive drop in students going abroad between 2019 and 2021 is a clear indication of the aforementioned fact. According to the Ministry of External Affairs’ data, the number of students dropped from 588,931 in 2019 to 261,406 in 2020, with many students postponing their travel plans due to the pandemic.
